In the Updated UI, users with a system role of company system administrator or a matter role of matter editor or matter administrator can edit the default accounting code allocations on a matter profile (Note: the accounting code reviewer (if there is one) on the matter's invoice approval route will have the ability to edit a matter's default accounting code allocations through the Financial button and the ALLOCATIONS tab.)
1. Mouse over the Navigation Panel and click Matters , and then click into the relevant matter to open the Matter Profile.
2. Click Edit.
3. Under the INVOICE PROCESSING INFORMATION banner, enter the matter's Default Acocunting Code Allocations.
4. To specify more than one row of allocations, enter an allocation in the blank bottom row. As you enter this new allocation another blank row will automatically be displayed at the bottom (to enter another allocation, if needed). Note: if Pre-configured Allocations are required, you will have to select a pre-configured allocation instead.
5. Click Save & Close.
