Users with a system role of system administrator can create pre-configured accounting code allocations by mousing over the Navigation Panel clicking Settings and clicking Pre-configured Allocations.
Accounting Code Reviewers ("ACRs") have access to create pre-configured allocations by clicking the Matters button and the Allocations tab.

- Click Add.
- Check the Active box, name the new pre-configured allocation, and if desired, provide a description of the allocation.
- Enter a number between 0 and 100 (to the hundredth decimal) in the By % column of the allocations chart. Note: as soon as you enter data in one allocation row, a follow-up row will appear in case multiple allocation rows are needed.
- Enter your accounting codes under their appropriate labels. Note: you must enter a code under any labels marked required by an adjacent " «").
- Click Save & Close.
